Revitalizing Khmer Treasure; Pidan: Pictorial Ikat Silk is the result of cooperation work between the Pidan Project Team and the National Museum of Cambodia with the financial support of the Tokyo Club. This is the second time that the Pidan Project Team and the National Museum organized an exhibition about pidan. The first exhibition was held in 2010.
The exhibition is composed of 16 pieces of pidan, 13 of which belong to the PPT and 3 pieces to the collection of the National Museum of Cambodia. Also included are photographs and the raw materials for producing natural dye.
The purpose of the exhibition is to benefit the conservation of textile tradition and the preservation of the weaving technique of ikat silk pidan to raise the next generation of silk pidan weavers and to introduce pidans to the Cambodian and international public.

Last admission tickets are sold at 4.30pm. Admission costs: $5 for foreign visitors, 500 riels for Cambodians. Children and school groups are free
